How Do I?

Access my paycheck?
You can access your paycheck through the Employee Self Service (ESS). You will use your network login credentials to access this site. These are the same credentials that you use to login to your NCISD computer.

Who do I contact with questions about my paycheck or salary?
For questions about your paycheck or direct deposit, please contact the Payroll Department at 281-577-8600 or payroll@newcaneyisd.org.

Report an absence?
To report an absence, you will need to login to the district's absence reporting system.

Replace my badge?
To request a replacement badge for Paras or Professionals, you can request it here.

Change my personal information such as name, address or phone number?
To change your personal information, you will need to complete the Change of Employee Information Form . Please allow up to 72 hours for the change to take effect.
For Certified Employees:
In accordance with the Texas Administrative Code §230.431 (c) An applicant for or holder of an educator's certificate shall provide SBEC a current United States mailing address. A certificate applicant or holder shall notify SBEC of a change of address within 45 calendar days of the effective date of such change, unless another rule under this title requires earlier notification.
An educator may update their address and phone number by logging into their Educator Profile on the SBEC website at https://pryor.tea.state.tx.us/.
